So we're still working out how to take doughies forward. We've had loads of helpful feedback from our bakers dozen, the overiding comment being that if doughies was selling, they'd be buying. Mmm, it's been pretty tasty so far! Result of the rye bread - quite gummy but delicious when toasted and spread with butter and marmalade. Week 9 was a bit of a challenge for Baker Abi, as she endeavoured to learn the art of several new breads. Here are some pics... Keep an eye on the blog this week; as we decide what to do with the wholemeal flour for weekly bake no 10.
