First attempt at black bread, including doughies' newly ripened scottish rye sourdough, ground coffee and some old bread. Prepared and baked over yesterday and today, was so excited have already eaten some. You can really taste the coffee! Today’s Kitchen Discoveries
Doughies head baker (aka abs) is off galavanting. So I'm wandering around the kitchen discovering baked goods - it's a bit like being a kid in a sweetshop. Best stop blogging and cook dinner - veggie curry with paneer cheese tonight! What are you eating?
