We’ve been invited to supply some traditionally baked rolls for the three lochs festival in Strontian.
Looks like a great wee festival, and we are stoked that real local food is on the menu. Doughies are looking forward to taking part. We are going to try some of weekend bakers no knead soft rolls and probably some porridge ones too. Test bake tomorrow night while we do an oven load for the guys over at Ard Daraich B&B.
This is all starting to feel a bit like a real bakery…
